the location was amazing. everything was walkable from here.. the room was clean. we appreciated the friendly reception staff.
the floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed. the bed headboard was disgusting with stains.. room service for new towels took at least two hours.

The modern suite design impressed me. It had a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. the service team quickly provided extra amenities when i asked (i needed extra towels). the front desk staff gave helpful suggestions for local shops and attractions. streaming from my device to the tv was a welcome convenience.
The parking situation was not ideal. I had to park down the street (it was a very minor inconvenience).

the hotel is conveniently located near roma street station (it is really great). it is also a short walk to queen street, which makes exploring easy.

the building features a pool, sauna, and gym. these facilities are all well-maintained, and i found them to be a great addition to my stay.

while i did not dine in (i prefer eating outside), the self-serviced suites allowed me to prepare my own meals. the kitchen was well equipped and had all the essentials.

the suite was spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. i had a large king bed and amazing views (i could see everything from my room). the room was also self-serviced.

The location was fantastic, central. the gym facilities were modern. I saw three treadmills and several weight machines. i appreciated the in-room laundry. There was both a washing machine and a separate dryer.

I liked the large windows that let in plenty of light.. two tvs were a nice touch. fast wifi also worked very well and the whole place was immaculate. the location is great. It's not far from the heart of the city with many transport options nearby..
we arrived to find we were booked on a very high floor. we were refused a room swap even though they had availability.. the apartment was a bit old and the front door to the apartment would not lock properly. it overlooked a train station so trains ran noisily.
